Teacher – Math, Science & English

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teacher to join our team at PECHS Block 2, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Mathematics, Science, and English and be passionate about creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for students. This role requires someone who can effectively plan and deliver lessons, manage classrooms professionally, and foster student growth through clear communication and personalized support.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students’ individual learning needs.
- Teach Mathematics, Science, and English effectively, ensuring concepts are clearly explained.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress regularly.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Provide guidance and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Prepare assignments, tests, and various learning activities to reinforce lessons.
- Communicate students’ progress and concerns with parents and school management.
- Participate actively in school activities and contribute to academic planning.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduation is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Mathematics, Science, and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Effective classroom management abilities to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
- Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude towards work.
- Capability to plan lessons and deliver them efficiently.
- Understanding of students’ diverse learning needs and the ability to address them.
- Willingness to collaborate with school staff and parents to support student development.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- 4 to 5 years of prior teaching experience is preferred, demonstrating a proven track record in student engagement and academic success.
- Competitive salary starting from Rs40,000 per month.
- Work location is in person at the school premises, providing a structured and interactive teaching environment.
