The Tech School & College System is looking for a dedicated and qualified Mathematics Teacher to join its academic team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject knowledge and effective teaching skills, with the ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts through engaging, student-centered methods. This role requires a passionate educator committed to fostering students’ problem-solving, logical reasoning, and critical-thinking abilities while maintaining a positive and disciplined classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
- Clearly explain mathematical concepts using examples and practical activities to enhance understanding.
- Develop students’ problem-solving, logical reasoning, and critical-thinking skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
- Monitor and assess students’ academic progress, providing additional support as needed.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation from all students.
- Prepare students for examinations and ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding student progress and performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and effective classroom management abilities.
- Ability to implement student-centered and activity-based teaching methods.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and supporting students’ learning.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Relevant teaching experience will be considered an advantage.
- This is a full-time position based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
- The role requires in-person attendance at the school.
- Salary starts from Rs25,000 per month.
