Team Head

EFU Life Assurance Ltd., a pioneer in Pakistan’s private life insurance sector since 1992, is seeking a dedicated Team Head to join its Rawalpindi office. Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed assigned business targets. Set clear team goals and monitor daily performance, providing ongoing coaching and constructive feedback to enhance individual and team effectiveness. Ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance standards.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to keep the team informed, skilled, and motivated. Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote EFU Life’s diverse range of products and solutions.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and support business growth initiatives. Prepare detailed performance reports for senior management and actively participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

Proven leadership and people management skills, including experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance management within a sales-driven environment. Demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, and customer relationship management, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of engaging a wide range of stakeholders effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to set realistic targets, monitor outcomes, and make informed, data-driven decisions.

Ability to thrive in a structured, on-site work environment and collaborate productively with cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline is required. Professional certifications in insurance or finance are considered an advantage.

Proficiency with basic office productivity software and familiarity with CRM or sales management systems is essential. A high level of integrity, ethical conduct, and alignment with EFU Life’s core values and customer-focused approach is mandatory.
