Team Head

Key Responsibilities
The Team Head will lead a dynamic group of sales and service professionals, driving the team to meet and exceed business targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. This role involves setting clear goals, monitoring daily performance, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team effectiveness. The Team Head will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, plan and implement sales strategies, and facilitate regular team meetings and training sessions. Building and nurturing strong client relationships to promote EFU Life’s products and solutions is a critical part of the role. Additionally, the Team Head will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, prepare detailed performance reports, and actively participate in initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership and people management capabilities, including experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing team performance. Proficiency in sales, business development, and customer relationship management—preferably within the insurance or financial services sector—is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. The role demands solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to set targets, track results, and make informed decisions based on data. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a structured, on-site environment and collaborating with various teams. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline is mandatory. Familiarity with office productivity software and CRM or sales management systems is also necessary. Above all, candidates must uphold a high level of integrity and ethical conduct aligned with EFU Life’s values and customer-focused approach.
