Team Lead Dot Net ERP Developer

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead .NET ERP Developer with over 8 years of strong expertise in Financial ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have worked on at least 10 ERP projects, demonstrating deep knowledge in finance-related modules. This role requires immediate availability to join within 15 days and offers an exciting opportunity to work on a government-supported project in collaboration with a multinational company. We are onboarding six skilled .NET developers to contribute to this significant ERP initiative based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of ERP web applications using ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, and .NET Core technologies.
- Design and implement both front-end and back-end components ensuring responsive and efficient ERP solutions.
- Develop and optimize complex stored procedures and database queries within relational databases.
- Integrate cloud database services and ensure seamless API connectivity using REST and SOAP protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver modules related to Accounting, Trading, Inventory, CRM, Shipping & Logistics, and HRMS.
- Maintain ERP deployment on local and live server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Apply Agile methodologies to manage project deliverables and timelines effectively.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing ERP applications to meet evolving business needs.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a software house environment specializing in ERP web application development.
- Proven expertise in Financial ERP product development with hands-on experience in at least 10 projects.
- Strong command of C#, ASP.NET (Web Forms and MVC), .NET Core, Web APIs, and ADO.NET.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and tiered/layered software architectures.
- Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery, and Ajax for responsive design.
- Experience with relational database management, including views, stored procedures, and ERP database architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud service integration and API development.
- Knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and integration of RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication and analytical capabilities.
- Experience working with ERP modules such as Accounting, Trading, Inventory, CRM, Shipping & Logistics, and HRMS is highly desirable.
