Team Lead - Etisalat Project

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead for the Etisalat Project based at our office in Model Town, Link Road, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working on the same project and possess in-depth knowledge of Etisalat products. This role requires a self-motivated and results-driven individual who can lead and inspire a team to achieve targets efficiently. The candidate must be capable of handling challenges independently and maintaining strong communication skills. The working hours are from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team working on the Etisalat Project to ensure consistent achievement of project goals.
- Motivate and drive the team to deliver high performance and meet deadlines.
- Handle all types of challenges and situations independently, providing effective solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong, result-oriented team environment.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Graduate degree.
- Previous experience working on the Etisalat Project is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Etisalat products and services.
- Excellent spoken and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team successfully.
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Salary range between PKR 40,000 to PKR 60,000 per month, plus commission.
