We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing professional with over six years of experience specializing in ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various ERP modules including Production, Sales, Finance, Accounts Payable Voucher, and General Ledger. This role requires someone who can independently develop comprehensive test cases and has a solid understanding of testing methodologies and agile Scrum practices. The candidate should be well-versed in key business functions such as Sales, Production, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed test cases for ERP modules with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Apply various testing methodologies to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Participate actively in Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
- Identify, document, and track defects and work closely with development teams for resolution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on testing processes and tools.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on testing progress and outcomes.
- Work as a proactive team member, contributing to overall project success.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software testing, specifically within ERP environments.
- Strong knowledge of ERP modules including Production, Sales, Finance, Accounts Payable Voucher, and General Ledger.
- Ability to independently develop and manage test cases.
- Good understanding of test methodologies and agile Scrum frameworks.
- Familiarity with Sales, Production, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance modules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
