Jubilee Life Insurance is seeking a motivated and result-driven Team Lead to join their expanding team at the Blue Area branch in Islamabad. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build and lead a dynamic sales team, driving business growth through effective leadership, coaching, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding team members, ensuring productivity, and fostering a collaborative environment that meets and exceeds sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard a team of 8 members to establish a strong and productive sales force.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the team to consistently achieve business objectives.
- Ensure that at least 4 team members become actively productive contributors to sales efforts.
- Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and ongoing support to enhance team performance.
- Monitor individual and team performance against established KPIs and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Develop new business opportunities through client meetings, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to maintain alignment and momentum.

Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate team members.
- Proven ability in sales planning and execution with a target-oriented mindset.
- Experience in performance management and driving results through a team.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and leadership skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Life Insurance and Takaful sectors.
- Background in Real Estate Sales or Pharmaceutical Sales.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or team management roles.
