Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Dispatchers and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), focusing on driving strong performance through effective coaching and consistent feedback. You will be responsible for overseeing the hiring and onboarding process for SDRs, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to identify staffing needs and attract the right candidates.

Cultivate a positive and accountable team culture that emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on shared priorities and address challenges efficiently.

Identify opportunities for process improvements, prioritize key initiatives, and lead their implementation to enhance overall team efficiency and effectiveness. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining high standards and achieving operational goals.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is essential. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
