Team Lead

Wigiwork is looking for a motivated and organized Team Lead – Lead Generation to take full ownership of a lead generation channel while managing a small team of 3-4 members. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong communication skills, leadership potential, and a results-driven mindset. While previous leadership experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, and capable of driving both individual and team performance in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize lead generation operations, systems, and overall performance to ensure targets are met.
- Execute hands-on outreach and lead generation activities to support business growth.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a small team to consistently achieve or exceed performance goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity levels, and workflow efficiency to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational excellence.
- Maintain high team engagement and performance in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills are essential.
