Team Lead Onsite IT Support

Inbox Business Technologies is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee a team of technical professionals and manage projects from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will ensure timely and effective support and service delivery, while driving project success and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of technical professionals to achieve project goals and ensure successful delivery. Develop comprehensive project plans and regularly update executive leadership on progress. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Oversee project budgets, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within financial constraints. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, encouraging continuous improvement and professional growth. Maintain thorough documentation related to project requirements, technical designs, and deployment plans to support transparency and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field is essential. Hands-on experience in End User Support (EUS) and IT Support is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively manage both people and customer relationships. Proven ability to lead teams toward successful project delivery is critical. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also important.
