Team Lead

Benchmark BPO is seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee and develop teams working on US-based campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO leadership, specifically with ACA and Medicare campaigns. This role requires excellent people-management abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and the capacity to drive team performance effectively. The candidate must be professional, approachable, and capable of maintaining a balanced leadership style that is both firm and supportive. The position involves working onsite during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams handling US campaigns, ensuring high performance and quality standards.
- Monitor and micromanage team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct regular team training, coaching, and performance review sessions to enhance skills and productivity.
- Foster a positive work environment by maintaining a professional, patient, and approachable demeanor.
- Apply a diplomatic leadership style, balancing firmness with respect and support to motivate the team.
- Take ownership of team outcomes and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead in a BPO environment managing US campaigns.
- Mandatory experience with ACA and Medicare campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with effective people-management capabilities.
- Ability to conduct team training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with patience and approachability.
- Willingness to work onsite during night shifts.
