Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise sales teams to achieve individual and branch sales targets by setting clear performance goals and monitoring daily activities. Recruit, onboard, and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and regular training sessions aimed at enhancing product knowledge and sales skills. Plan and implement branch-level sales strategies that align with company objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Prepare and analyze performance reports and sales data to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to support branch operations and maintain consistent service quality.

Required Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, including experience in team supervision, coaching, and performance management. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation, negotiation, and customer service expertise. Organizational and analytical skills for planning activities, reviewing performance metrics, and preparing detailed reports. Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or branch operations management is highly desirable. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with sales and CRM tools is advantageous. Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment are essential.
