TeamSolve is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in the development of cloud-based AI applications. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager / scrum master to work remotely and support an offshore software company. As project manager / scrum master, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of our cloud-based AI products to our customers. You must be flexible on time zone to support our offshore team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more agile development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agility.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify epics and user stories and assist in the creation of story points and prioritization.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, ensuring the team delivers high-quality work on schedule.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and facilitate a smooth and efficient agile process.
- Conduct daily standup meetings to ensure clear communication within the team, identify and resolve issues, and highlight any risks or dependencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and ensure a streamlined development process.
- Perform regular sprint retrospectives to identify bottlenecks, process improvements, and opportunities for optimization.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project delivery and sprint performance.
- Utilize project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence, to track progress, manage backlogs, and ensure transparency.
- Proactively identify and communicate risks, issues, and blockers to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Maintain a focus on timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Coach team members on agile best practices and foster a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in delivering cloud-based solutions.
- Strong experience working with remote teams, including different time zones.
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and principles.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other relevant project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues and bottlenecks.
- Proven track record of setting and achieving project delivery KPIs.
