PURPOSE:
- Help startups with their growth and business development needs, be a custodian of our incubation program.
- Manager’s core focus shall be on developing founder skills, serve as catalyst for startups growth and take ownership of maintaining an updated curriculum, mentorship program, industry linkages, stakeholders’ engagement and conducting in-house events (pitch perfect, induction of new cohorts etc) along with timely reporting as per program needs.
- Engage with start-ups, team members and ecosystem stakeholders
- Create and tap on existing and new opportunities for startups to grow and sustain
- Fulfill Startups’ needs by connecting them with industry/mentors/partners including alumni
- Formulate, execute, and sustain startup growth and development initiatives
- Scout, interview, screen, shortlist, select, onboard, orientate, and conduct Needs Assessment for Startups at the beginning of cohort.
- Host, organize, orchestrate Community building & mobilization events
- Document and generate reports as needed; quarterly and/or monthly; including but not limited to Assessments, KPI monitoring & evaluation.
- Ensure startups performance compliance as per NIC contractual requirements with IGNITE
- Offer support to startups for their professional and business development
- Resolve matters of grievance and contract with start-up founders.
