Responsibilities
- Marketing
- Simple website creation and maintenance: Build a simple website using a website builder like WordPress or Wix. Update website with new courses, classes, pictures.
- Facebook posts and updates: Manage presence on social media with pictures and descriptions. Also, use Facebook for announcements.
- Communications
- Help manage communications with stakeholders over various channels, including Whatsapp and email.
- Scheduling
- Maintain schedule and to-do list.
- Invoicing and simple finances
- Create invoices for students and monitor their payments
- Simple spreadsheet work to keep track of monthly income and expenses
