We are growing our global footprint and in search of great talent, an exceptional candidate who is ready to make a mark in the industry start up global project to take lead while undergoing a change and expansion of Project Development Team. You should be equipped with endorsed expertise of developing Full-Stack Java Apps / Websites. Individual(s) will be working from our newly established office in Faisalabad. You'll be given the opportunity to professionally groom and lead a relatively less experienced developer / team of developers, while taking full responsibility of an already initiated website project, to deliver a fully functional website platform. To be consider for this exciting and challenging opportunity, successful candidate should be;
- An out of the box innovative person, decision making ability, analytical, self-starter, self-directed and self-motivated individual with strong technical skills and demonstrate verbal as well as written skills.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and experience in working independently as well as in a team based development environment.
- Demonstrate strong solution orientated towards assigned responsibilities and tasks, and produce high quality and reliable code for users friendly apps.
- Strong programming background especially in data structures, algorithms and design patterns
- Development of Web, Mobile and Desktop Applications.
- Work with remotely located system architect management department to develop and execute the UI design requirements.
- Visualize, create and build innovative websites & products.
- Maintain, edit, improve existing websites & products.
- Experienced in performing quality test and debugging functions.
- Ability to foresee problems, troubleshoot issues and present solution options to enhance websites performance.
- Must be able to design and maintain complex solutions involving high performance, high traffic and big data apps.
- Study the systems flow, data usage, and work processes, to investigates problem areas and improvements.
- Review and repair the legacy code and responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming problems
- Review, to the extent possible, changes in code and the environment that will affect system performance
- Develop data security protocols and implement on websites
- Uses coding methods in specific programming languages to initiate or enhance program execution and functionality.
MUST HAVE Experienced with following stack of Technologies: AWS CloudMicro-Services
- Backend: Java Enterprise + Spring framework
- Frontend: Angular 5, HTML, CSS (+ Bootstrap), JS (+ jQuery)

Server Side Requirements
- Linux-based OS
- Nginx with php fpm v7
- MySQL (recommended version >= 5.7)

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience with Java development and Spring Framework.
- Full understanding of best practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
