We are looking for a sales-focused Travel Sales Executive to join our growing call centre team in Islamabad, working for a UK-based travel agency.

If you have experience selling flights, handling travel enquiries, and converting leads into bookings, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Sell international flights and hotel bookings
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel options
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Meet individual and team sales targets
• Maintain professional customer service throughout the booking process

Salary Plus Commission
Basic Salary: PKR 55,000– PKR 65,000
Plus: Attractive Sales Commission
Work Type: Full-time, In-office

Location: Capital Technology Park, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad

Responsibilities

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a travel agency or travel call centre
• Previous travel sales experience is strongly preferred
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience using a GDS such as Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills
• Target-driven and confident dealing with customers over the phone
