The successful candidate will work directly with clients (internal as well as external) to ensure deliverables fall within the define scope and delivered on time and produce the desired results.
He/she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
The candidate should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Role and responsibilities:
- Create and manage project plans, manage project costing, cash expense flows, validate the critical path whilst ensuring timely delivery
- Strong coordination with internal team and external stakeholders (OEM’s) to ensure successful delivery of the projects
- Create and maintain record of project documentations i.e BRDs, SOW, PIP, RAM, ATP, UAT
- Create project delivery presentations, HLD’s, and Gantt Charts
- Expertise in using MS Project/Primavera, knowledge of various project management tools would be a plus point
- Submit weekly/ monthly/ quarterly status reports to management summarizing the deployment progress
- Manage project risks, anticipate problems before they arise, propose effective solution
- Willingness to travel (local &international) for assignments as and when required.
Experience and Skill Set:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a project management role. Experience of IT projects within PD/IT industry & telecom industry
- Project management certification i.e PMP/Prince 2
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
