Key Responsibilities:
- Interviewing potential consultants to ensure all onboarding employees will be successful in the React Native domain.
- Be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our best-in-class React Native training materials.
- Training, guiding and mentoring consultants with existing basic programming and computer science skills up to junior and mid-level developers.
- Preparing mock interview situations for the consultants to enhance the esteemed learning process provided by the company.
Skills:
- Able to train/mentor/coach in coding (React Native, JavaScript and TypeScript)
- Project Management background preferred.
- Knowledge of the Consulting/Sales structure.
- Empathy and service attitude
- Fast-paced
- Project Management experience
- Desirable previous international experience (US, Canada, or Europe)
- Leading consultants to grow and create tangible benefits and assets.
Skills Required:
- 5-7 years’ experience in React Native, JavaScript and TypeScript
- NPM and Yarn
- CI/CD (Jenkins and GitHub)
- Redux and Redux Saga -Realm
- Jest, Swift and Kotlin
- RESTFUL Services
- Domain Driven Design
- Technical Design
- Behavior Driven Development
