Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers in making reservations, understanding rental policies, and resolving any issues or concerns.
Reservation Management:
- Handle the end-to-end reservation process, ensuring accuracy in booking details and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with the central booking system to confirm reservations and availability.
Information Dissemination:
- Provide detailed information about our car fleet, rental rates, and additional services.
- Keep customers informed about rental terms, conditions, and any relevant updates.
Problem Resolution:
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, striving for first-contact resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to gather customer feedback and improve service quality.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and suggest solutions.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Generate reports on customer inquiries, feedback, and resolutions for management review.
