One of our Pakistan-based clients is looking for a Social Media & Creative Manager who is responsible for creating and publishing content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately, boost company growth.

Who are we looking for?

Our client is seeking an experienced Social Media & Creative Manager to join the dynamic team. She will be responsible for directly coordination & attracting with the team. Responsible for Creative Strategies for social media.

How you will make an impact:

  • Responsible for creating a coherent creative strategy and theme for social media content
  • Generating a content pipeline for daily video content on social media and managing in-house video production teams and designers to execute and post the content
  • Responsible for all the engagement & community management.
  • Should be able to take responsibility and manage a team.
  • Creating and sharing engaging content for videos.
  • Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Social Media, with a strong understanding of the Creative side
  • 5 + years of experience
  • Good in creating Content Ideas
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
