Tech Hunt is seeking a talented and motivated HR Executive (Female) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a critical role in driving our talent strategy and building a supportive, inclusive and high-performance workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Drive performance management, talent development and succession planning
- Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing and selection of top talent
- Develop and implement programs to retain and engage employees
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 6 to 8 months as an HR Executive or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze and solve complex HR related problems
- A results-driven and customer-focused approach
