We’re looking for motivated Call Center Agents to join our growing team! As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—handling inquiries, providing product or service information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or promotional purposes (if applicable)
Provide accurate and complete information using company tools and systems
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge
Log all interactions in the CRM or call system
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required
