Tech Trainee - AI

Key Responsibilities

- Participate actively in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI projects, supporting the design and implementation of advanced technological solutions.
- Assist in collecting, cleansing, analyzing, and visualizing data to ensure high-quality inputs for AI models and business insights.
- Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes leveraging AI and automation tools to demonstrate potential applications and benefits.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, Digital Banking, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and various Business units to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
- Support the development, testing, and validation of AI models and algorithms to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Conduct research on emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the banking sector to keep the team updated on innovations.
- Engage in hackathons, innovation programs, and AI-focused learning opportunities to foster creativity and continuous skill enhancement.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, presentations, and reports to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with the bank’s data privacy, security, and regulatory standards throughout all AI-related activities.

Required Qualifications

- Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience or academic background in data collection, cleansing, analysis, and visualization techniques.
- Familiarity with developing proof-of-concepts or prototypes using AI and automation technologies.
