- Provide technical support of egineered systems products i.e. Exadata, Exalogic, Exalatics
- Hands on experience in Oracle Exadata administration and Unix/Linux system administration
- Supervise engineers during deployment/maintenance phase
- Provide/deliver trainings to corporate clients.
- Understand customers' specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs.
- Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications
- Keeping abreast of SLA requirement to develop business opportunities.
- Provide presale and post-sale technical advice to customers.
- Deliver technical training to engineers for developing and implementing new product.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Will provide technical leadership in the development and management of enterprise Oracle database environments and infrastructure.
- This position provides support for critical, 24x7 systems, which may require on call duties and after hours, weekend and holiday work schedule as directed by the supervisor.
