- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware
- Capture customer requirement through discussion, meetings.
- Presenting the relevant technical design solution to customer via presentations and follow-up meetings.
- Translate customer requirements accurately for solution design, solution testing & solution delivery.
- Developing configuration plan, related to customer network design solutions.
- Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
- Replacing faulty network hardware components when required by coordinating with relevant principle.
- Access the presented solution to evaluate the requirement vs solution along with BOQ presented.
- Work closely with technical and product development team to obtain updated information on current products and Services for effective network solution delivery to client.
- Planning of network design, configurations, approach to final design plan. Monitored activities related to project design testing and solution implementation.
- Sharing status reports/updates, Field Team Management for Project Support/Troubleshooting.
- Implementation and Configuration of enterprise networking projects comprised of different vendors like Cisco, Huawei, Vmware NSX, F5 etc.
- L1/L2 Project O&M support and issues rectification as per SLA agreement
