Responsible supporting infrastructure technology implementations in Technology Support Services
- Installing and configuring hardware and different software products as per the project requirement
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support
- Maintaining software applications, operating systems, and regular maintenance.
- Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
- 24*7 availability to support in house and client infrastructure
- Timely/Swift response to supervisor and client
- To provide/deliver training to corporate clients
- Should complete all required training & certification assigned by the supervisor within the given date.
- Complete all project documentation in time and submit it to the manager
- Any other duties (Technical/Non-Technical) as assigned by management
- Must be ready and willing to commit to continuous education, certification and self-improvement.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Firewalls, IPS/IDS.
- Strong knowledge of CICSO ISE / FIREPOWER.
- Should be CCNP / HCNP Security Certified.
- Should be CCNP/HCIP Routing and Switches Certified
- Should have F5 and Fortinet certification
Key Performance Indicators:
- Must have 2-5 Year field experience in core networks.
- Must know about the latest technologies.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Energetic & quick responsive.
- Must be able to work in difficult environments at the client end.
- Ensure 24/7 availability in-house/onsite
- Ensure tasks assigned by supervisors should be completed in a good manner and within the specified time.
- Good communication Skills
- Timely completion of Trainings & certification assigned by supervisor
- Ability to work well with others, as well as independently
