TechieSquad is currently looking for energetic and passionate Call Center Representatives to join our teams, we are hiring experienced and fresh call center representatives (Both male and females) for our DME Campaign.
Job Responsibility:
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics and responding to calls.
- Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify the customer needs on call, and seize the opportunity to generate leads with clear information.
Job Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, with a good accent.
- The candidate should be punctual and responsible with a positive attitude.
- Must have basic computer knowledge.
