TeqInno Pvt Ltd, a reseller e-commerce startup, is looking for an entrepreneur, passionate Co-founder as a Chief Merchandising Officer to join our leadership.
You must be a business driver with an established track record of success demonstrating both creative ability and operationalskill; you will plan and direct company-aligned merchandising strategies and oversee all merchandise selection, buying and product development activities
This position is open for part time or full time and equity only until a seed funding is secured. Once seed funding is secured, a salary comparable to the market for the same position will be granted subject to joining the Company for full time
You will be doing:
- Support the Company by overseeing buying activities and develop strategies to make the most informed purchasing plans.
- Make purchasing decisions for a Company, including determining product availability, demand, market trends and pricing.
- Implement merchandising plans along with identifying recommended resources, who in combination of the service deliverables are aligned to the goal of effectively launching and growing the Company’s current “Amdan.pk” and future products
- Make efforts to acquire reliable sources to procure merchandise in the early phase of the product development as well as continuous growth of the Company.
- Help achieve the objectives of Company’s product line & services procurement, follow market trends, sales targets, go to market strategy development, channel strategy & selection recommendations, acquisition and implementation.
You should be:
- Having an entrepreneurial spirit, always thinking strategically and long-term.
- Leading the product to continue to grow business while elevating Company’s profile for unique, remarkable and exclusive products. Leveraging your managerial experience in buying, purchasing, and product development. Embracing a lean, collaborative environment, and have an open, direct and motivating communication style.
- Setting our merchandising vision; influencing and inspiring everyone across the entire organization
Your background be:
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a merchandise supply chain.
- Intellectually curious critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Generates new ideas and is willing to take calculated risks.
- Seasoned negotiator with ability to inform impactful vendor partnerships.
- Collaborative team player who knows how to build consensus.
- Highly persuasive with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable managing complexity in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of progressive responsibility in merchandising and product development. Purchasing experience is a plus
