Technical Assistant (Lahore)

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Home Automation Technician. The ideal candidate will assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various smart home devices, ensuring seamless operation and customer satisfaction. This role involves hands-on work at customer sites, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing after-sales support. Fresh candidates with a strong technical background are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation and configuration of home automation devices.
- Provide technical assistance during site visits and project installations.
- Troubleshoot issues related to smart switches, sensors, lighting, curtains, and smart door locks.
- Perform testing and commissioning of automation systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Offer basic technical guidance and after-sales support to customers to resolve any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service visits, and technical issues for future reference.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Electrical or Electronics.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, networking, and electronic equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, and IP-based devices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally.
- Willingness to work at customer sites and travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
