As a Technical Associate – Software Engineer within the Digital Transformation team, you will be instrumental in developing and improving digital solutions that enhance project execution and business operations. Working closely with experienced software engineers, business analysts, and process experts, you will help design, develop, and maintain applications that support various functions such as project management, resource planning, procurement, logistics, engineering progress tracking, quality management, and EHS processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals to gain practical experience in enterprise application development and modern software engineering practices within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance business applications that support project execution, resource planning, procurement, logistics, engineering, quality management, and EHS processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand functional requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
- Support automation and digitalization initiatives to improve operational efficiency across business processes.
- Create dashboards, reports, and data-driven solutions to aid business decision-making.
- Engage in system integrations involving enterprise platforms, databases, APIs, and external services.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing applications to improve reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Work within Agile development teams and adopt software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with global teams on digital transformation projects and innovative technology solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of professional experience in software development; internships, academic projects, or personal projects are highly valued.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or similar.
- Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Exposure to REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and version control tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile and cross-functional environments.
- Self-motivated with a proactive learning mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Adaptability in a dynamic, international environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Knowledge of AI agents, intelligent automation, or system automation concepts is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies is a plus.
