Technical Co-Founder / Senior Mobile App Developer — Flutter / iOS / Android | Faisalabad Only

We are seeking an experienced Technical Co-Founder and Mobile App Development Partner based in Faisalabad to collaboratively build and grow a diverse portfolio of mobile applications. This opportunity is structured as a revenue-sharing partnership rather than a traditional salaried role. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the technical and development aspects while the other partner manages marketing, app publishing, user acquisition, monetization, growth, and scaling efforts. Together, we plan to launch approximately 3 to 5 mobile apps each month using modern development frameworks and AI-assisted tools to accelerate the process from concept to release.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement of mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Architect and implement app solutions, including backend and API integrations where necessary.
- Manage the full development lifecycle independently, from initial idea through to production-ready deployment.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding efficiency, debugging, and product iteration.
- Perform rigorous testing, bug fixing, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality app releases.
- Develop new features and deliver ongoing product enhancements across the app portfolio.
- Provide technical maintenance and support for multiple apps in the portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and growth partner to align development efforts with business goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of professional mobile app development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter is highly preferred.
- Experience with React Native is also welcomed.
- Native iOS (Swift) or Android development skills are considered a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to build complete, production-ready applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Solid understanding of APIs, Firebase, databases, authentication systems, subscriptions, in-app purchases, notifications, analytics, and third-party SDK integrations.
- Proven experience in publishing and maintaining mobile applications on app stores.
- Comfortable leveraging AI development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging processes.
- Ability to independently manage the entire app development lifecycle.
- Preferably owns a MacBook or Mac for iOS development, testing, and builds.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with a product-focused mindset.
- Genuine interest in building long-term app assets and scalable businesses rather than short-term projects.
