Technical Co-Founder / Senior Mobile App Developer — Flutter / iOS / Android | Faisalabad Only

We are seeking an experienced Technical Co-Founder and Mobile App Development Partner based in Faisalabad to collaboratively build and grow a portfolio of mobile applications. This role is structured as a revenue-sharing partnership rather than a traditional salaried position. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the technical and development aspects, while the marketing, app publishing, user acquisition, monetization, and growth strategies will be managed separately. Together, we aim to launch approximately 3 to 5 mobile apps each month, leveraging modern development frameworks and AI-assisted tools to accelerate the process from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement of mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Design and implement app architecture and ensure seamless technical execution.
- Manage backend and API integrations as needed.
- Conduct thorough testing, bug fixing, and performance optimization to maintain high-quality apps.
- Develop new features and enhance existing products based on user feedback and market trends.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to speed up coding, debugging, and overall product development.
- Oversee technical maintenance across the app portfolio to ensure stability and scalability.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter is preferred; experience with React Native is also welcomed.
- Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android development is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to build complete, production-ready applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Solid understanding of APIs, Firebase, databases, authentication, subscriptions, in-app purchases, notifications, analytics, and third-party SDK integrations.
- Demonstrated experience in publishing and maintaining mobile applications on app stores.
- Comfortable using AI development tools to enhance productivity and accelerate development cycles.
- Capable of independently managing the full development lifecycle from idea to production.
- Preferably owns a MacBook or Mac for iOS development, testing, and builds.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with a product-focused mindset.
- Motivated by building long-term app assets and businesses rather than short-term projects.
