Technical Consultant L1(Contract)

The Technical Consultant role focuses on providing expert technical guidance throughout SAP projects, including implementation, conversion, development, enhancement, and support. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to plan, analyze, define, and deliver technical capabilities that align with client transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently lead SAP technical workstreams across various project phases such as implementation, conversion, development, enhancement, and support.
- Design high-level and detailed technical and integration solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes and needs.
- Participate in technical workshops to gather and clarify integration requirements.
- Facilitate client discussions to define integration needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of solutions.
- Develop technical specifications and test plans to guide development teams and promote test-driven development.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Offer expert support and escalation management across multiple projects and delivery engagements.
- Drive innovation and transformation initiatives within large existing accounts.
- Maintain active interaction with SAP and third-party partners to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP technical roles, with a strong focus on SAP BTP CAP (Business Technology Platform Cloud Application Programming).
- Proven expertise in SAP technical design, development, and integration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Experience in writing technical specifications, test plans, and conducting end-user training.
- Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to embrace change and continuous learning.
