Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate middleware components with various enterprise applications and systems.
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of middleware infrastructure ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Middleware environments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of middleware solutions and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and governance policies throughout the middleware lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies.
- Strong expertise in middleware architecture, deployment, and administration.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end middleware solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience with integration patterns, SOA, WebLogic Server, and related Oracle middleware components.
- Solid understanding of application servers, messaging systems, and service-oriented architecture principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
