We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer with a minimum of five years of experience to join our team at WE29. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a strong command of language and a keen eye for detail. This role involves analyzing, writing, and presenting technical content tailored to specific requirements while ensuring clarity, accuracy, and logical flow. The writer will work closely with instructional designers and clients to produce high-quality materials that meet learning objectives and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze content requirements and develop well-structured, clear, and engaging technical content accordingly.
- Oversee the layout, appearance, and overall presentation of feature articles to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Review and correct grammatical elements including punctuation, prepositions, sentence formation, syntax, and structure.
- Ensure all text is free from spelling errors and logically organized for ease of understanding.
- Develop content objectives and revise, edit, or rewrite materials to align with learning needs and client goals.
- Update storyboards based on client feedback and suggested changes, maintaining consistency and accuracy throughout.
- Maintain high-quality output while adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring proper text alignment.
- Verify that illustrations and captions are accurate and appropriately placed within the content.
- Take responsibility for content accuracy at every stage of development.
- Collect and incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams to refine and improve documents.
- Provide constructive feedback to instructional designers and writers regarding edited content and monitor ongoing quality.
- Proofread all documents thoroughly before final submission to clients to ensure error-free delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical content writing or a related field.
- Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong command of English grammar, syntax, and punctuation.
- Proven ability to analyze complex information and present it clearly and logically.
- Experience in editing, revising, and proofreading technical documents.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with storyboard updates and client feedback integration.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
