Key Responsibilities:
- Research and create clear, accurate technical content focused on managed hosting, AI agents, and cloud infrastructure topics tailored for developers and technical decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with the SEO team to identify valuable keywords and optimize content for maximum search visibility and organic traffic growth.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to ensure all content accurately reflects product features, capabilities, and future roadmap.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content library that supports users in evaluating, adopting, and effectively using the platform, driving both engagement and product adoption.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience writing technical content, preferably in cloud infrastructure or SaaS environments.
- Strong grasp of cloud computing concepts, including hosting, compute resources, and AI/ML infrastructure, with the ability to communicate these topics clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience applying SEO best practices to technical content.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills, supported by a portfolio of published technical materials.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams, particularly with SEO, Product, and Engineering, to gather technical insights and align content with strategic business goals.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
