Key Responsibilities:
- Research and create clear, technically accurate content focused on managed hosting, AI agents, and cloud infrastructure topics tailored for developers and technical decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with the SEO team to identify high-value keywords and optimize content for maximum search visibility.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to ensure content accurately represents product features and future developments.
- Develop a comprehensive library of content that supports users in evaluating, adopting, and maximizing the Cloudways platform, driving organic traffic and product adoption.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience writing technical content, preferably in cloud infrastructure or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including hosting, compute, and AI/ML infrastructure, with the ability to communicate these topics effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience applying SEO best practices in content creation.
- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills, supported by a portfolio of published technical content.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams such as SEO, Product, and Engineering to gather technical insights and align content with business objectives.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
