Technical Coordinator - PMO

ibex is seeking a Technical Coordinator to oversee the full lifecycle of AI and enterprise integration projects. This role demands a balanced combination of technical expertise, client engagement, project management, and vendor coordination. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients, internal development teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project delivery from initial scoping through to production rollout.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical discussions and gather detailed requirements directly from clients to understand their needs.
- Develop effective solutions tailored to client challenges and requests.
- Coordinate implementation activities across various internal teams, including IT, technical, and operations, as well as external vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical implementation plans, timelines, and progress trackers.
- Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and customer success teams to align project goals.
- Manage client meetings, provide regular project updates, handle escalations, and conduct timely follow-ups with professionalism.
- Support integration efforts involving AI technologies, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Monitor and track project risks, dependencies, and readiness for deployment.
- Oversee post-go-live support to ensure swift issue resolution and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in technical coordination or project management roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), networking, and enterprise applications.
- Experience in coordinating technical implementations or system integrations.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Capability to translate business requirements into actionable technical execution plans.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Experience with AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and Webhooks.
- Knowledge of contact center technologies such as Genesys or Five9.
- Background in CRM and SaaS integrations.
- Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Demonstrates a strong ownership mindset and accountability.
- Confident in client-facing roles with a technical focus.
- Problem-solving orientation with a strong execution focus.
