We are looking for Civil Engineering and Architecture graduates to join our team in an architectural data annotation role. This position requires applying technical knowledge to interpret floor plans and architectural datasets accurately. The annotated data will be used to support material measurement and quantity take-off processes. Candidates will work closely with architectural drawings, applying construction terminology and identifying building elements to ensure precise annotations that meet project standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, and related technical documents.
- Identify building elements and determine the correct features to annotate according to project guidelines.
- Accurately and consistently annotate architectural datasets.
- Apply knowledge of construction terminology, drawing conventions, dimensions, and building components.
- Maintain high annotation quality and adhere to project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./BS) in Civil Engineering or Architecture from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, floor plans, and construction terminology.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
