Technical Intern

Steeline, a leading name in luxury kitchen appliances, is offering a six-month internship opportunity in their After Sales Service department based in Karachi, DHA Phase 5. This internship is designed for fresh graduates and DAE holders who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the technical service field. Interns will work closely with the technical team, learning the practical aspects of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of premium kitchen appliances. This role provides a valuable platform to develop technical skills and understand customer service dynamics within a reputed company.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation and servicing of kitchen appliances.
- Support technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
- Participate in preventive maintenance and product inspections.
- Learn and apply safe and proper installation procedures.
- Assist in testing appliances after installation or repair to ensure functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of service, installation, and warranty activities.
- Support the After Sales team in customer service-related tasks.
- Adhere to company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety standards.
- Perform additional technical duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical or Electronics.
