Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document detailed requirements for specific application modules, ensuring clarity and structure. Collaborate across multiple business processes to identify dependencies, linkages, and necessary changes.
- Assist in designing application solutions for assigned modules under the guidance of the Project Manager, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards.
- Review module-level code developed by the team, resolve technical queries, and create consistent replication patterns to maintain adherence to project standards. Work closely with project managers throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and troubleshoot recurring technical issues. Modify software code to fix errors, improve performance, adapt to new hardware or software environments, and upgrade interfaces as needed.
- Collaborate with technical teams during implementation to validate configurations, support integration of new applications, and manage dependencies during deployment. Prepare user training materials and frameworks to facilitate smooth adoption and minimize transition risks.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in full-stack Java Enterprise development.
- Strong ability to develop, review, and maintain high-quality code aligned with project standards.
- Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
