Technical Lead L1(Contract)

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document detailed requirements for specific application modules, ensuring clarity and structure. Work across various business processes to identify linkages, dependencies, and necessary changes.
- Facilitate the design of application solutions for assigned modules under the guidance of the Project Manager, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards.
- Review developed code, resolve technical queries within the team, and establish consistent replication patterns to maintain adherence to project standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle to ensure smooth progress and delivery.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and troubleshoot recurring technical issues. Modify software code to fix errors, adapt to new hardware and software environments, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces.
- Work with technical teams to validate configurations, support integration of new applications, and manage dependencies during deployment.
- Prepare user training materials and related documentation to facilitate smooth adoption of new applications and minimize transition risks.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in application development and support.
- Strong expertise in AS400 systems, including coding, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver well-documented, stable software solutions.
