Technical Manager

KGT Global is looking for a skilled and organized Technical Manager to lead and oversee the technical operations at our Nazimabad No. 1 office in Karachi. This full-time, onsite role requires working evening or night shifts, with timings available from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proven experience managing technical teams in a fast-paced environment. This position demands effective leadership, task management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the technical team to ensure the successful completion of daily tasks and projects. Utilize tools such as Excel and Trello to organize tasks, generate reports, and monitor team progress. Conduct research and development activities aimed at improving existing processes and technical tools. Quickly identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. Plan, assign, and monitor workload distribution among team members to optimize efficiency. Collaborate closely with software developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and, when necessary, international clients to align project goals and expectations.

Required Qualifications
A technical background in software development or content management systems (CMS) is essential. Hands-on experience with task management and reporting tools such as Excel and Trello is required. Strong research and development skills focused on continuous process improvement are necessary. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with the ability to address technical challenges promptly. Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams effectively. Excellent workload management skills to plan and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to work onsite during evening or night shifts according to the assigned schedule.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in communicating and collaborating with international clients is highly desirable. Prior involvement in coordinating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA professionals, will be considered an advantage. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000.
