Technical Manager

KGT Global is looking for a skilled and organized Technical Manager to lead its technical operations at the Nazimabad No. 1 office in Karachi. This position requires working onsite during evening or night shifts, with options from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in development or content management systems (CMS) and possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. The role focuses on ensuring smooth and efficient technical workflows while managing and motivating the technical team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the technical team by providing clear guidance and support to meet operational objectives. Plan, assign, and monitor tasks to maintain balanced workloads and ensure timely project completion. Use tools such as Excel and Trello to organize tasks, generate reports, and track progress effectively. Conduct research and development activities to identify opportunities for process improvements and tool enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. Ensure strict adherence to onsite work schedules and shift timings as required.

Required Qualifications
A proven technical background in development or CMS environments is essential. Hands-on experience with task and report management using Excel, Trello, or similar project management tools is required. Strong research and development capabilities focused on improving technical processes and tools are necessary. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to solve technical problems efficiently and effectively. Experience in managing and leading a technical or development team is important, along with the ability to motivate team members. Effective workload management skills to plan and distribute tasks appropriately are also required. Candidates must be willing and able to work onsite during the specified evening or night shifts at the Karachi location.
