Technical Manager

KGT Global is seeking a skilled and organized Technical Manager to oversee and lead its technical operations and team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in development or content management systems (CMS) and possess excellent leadership abilities. This role requires working onsite at the Nazimabad No. 1 location in Karachi, with shifts scheduled either from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The Technical Manager will be responsible for managing tasks, improving processes, and ensuring smooth technical operations within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technical team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
- Oversee task allocation, monitor progress, and manage workload distribution across the team.
- Utilize tools such as Excel and Trello to manage tasks, generate reports, and track project status.
- Conduct research and development activities aimed at improving existing processes and technical tools.
- Quickly identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to align technical efforts with organizational goals.
- Maintain a hands-on approach to technical challenges while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical management role, preferably within development or CMS environments.
- Strong proficiency in task management and reporting tools, specifically Excel and Trello.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a technical team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Solid research and development skills to enhance processes and implement new solutions.
- Ability to manage workload efficiently, plan tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Willingness to work onsite during evening or night shifts as per the assigned schedule.
