Technical Procurement & Evaluation Engineer

Four Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Procurement & Evaluation Engineer to join our team in Rawalpindi. This role involves supporting technical evaluation, procurement, tendering, and defense supply operations. The successful candidate will assess products against technical specifications, review documentation, coordinate with vendors, and assist in tender and procurement activities. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs100,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Review tender specifications, technical requirements, and compliance criteria to ensure alignment with project needs.
- Evaluate product datasheets and technical documentation against tender requirements.
- Prepare technical compliance statements and detailed evaluation reports.
- Coordinate with local and international vendors to obtain technical information and documentation.
- Conduct technical comparisons and evaluations of products and equipment.
- Support the preparation of technical bids, proposals, and tender documentation.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and technical discussions with customers to clarify requirements.
- Participate in product demonstrations, inspections, and field trials to assess suitability.
- Conduct technical research to identify appropriate products and innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to read and interpret technical datasheets, specifications, and manuals accurately.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex technical information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with stakeholders.
- Professional demeanor with confidence in dealing with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, inspections, field trials, and customer visits as required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
