Technical Product & Delivery Manager (AI-First)

Cubix is seeking an experienced Technical Product & Delivery Manager to join their team at the PECHS Block 2 office in Karachi. This on-site role requires a professional who combines strong technical knowledge with proven project delivery skills, design thinking, and hands-on experience with AI tools. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage product development lifecycles, ensure timely delivery of projects, and leverage AI technologies to enhance development processes, project management, and product design.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of web and mobile application projects, ensuring all timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution.
- Promote the adoption of AI-assisted development tools, including coding agents, automated testing, and workflow automation.
- Utilize AI tools to improve project planning, task estimation, progress tracking, reporting, and risk management.
- Work alongside designers to ensure high-quality UI/UX, effective prototyping, and user-friendly product experiences.
- Identify potential project risks, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize overall team productivity.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and implement practical improvements to development and delivery workflows.
- Manage client expectations by providing regular project updates and maintaining strong relationships with international clients.
- Ensure software products meet quality, security, scalability, and business requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical project management, product management, or software delivery.
- Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, software architecture, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Practical experience using AI tools within software development, project management, design, or workflow automation.
- Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Good knowledge of UI/UX principles and design-first product development approaches.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with international clients and managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and common project management tools.
