Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead high-impact, cross-domain initiatives independently, including platform migrations, product launches, remediation projects, and platform onboardings. Collaborate closely with multiple teams such as Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to ensure smooth execution. Consult with partner teams on integrating Wise’s servicing platforms by understanding technical capabilities and guiding onboarding requirements. Translate business and compliance needs into clear user stories for Implementation Engineers when necessary. Drive pragmatic, hands-on delivery by engaging with technical systems, reviewing architecture diagrams, running API tests, and creating dashboards or reports to track progress. Partner with Business Operations to ensure operational readiness for product launches, including workflows, queue structures, and agent support. Manage the full program lifecycle by authoring briefs, setting SMART objectives, maintaining risk logs, tracking milestones, and conducting post-implementation reviews. Continuously improve processes by documenting workflows, automating manual tasks, and establishing telemetry to enable scalable execution.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years’ experience in delivering cross-functional technical or operational projects, ideally as a Technical Program Manager, Implementation Manager, Product Manager, Technical Consultant, or Fintech Delivery Lead. Strong systems literacy and technical curiosity, including the ability to interpret system architecture diagrams, ask insightful technical questions, perform API testing using tools like Postman, and build basic dashboards or tables using Looker or SQL. Proven expertise in program management best practices, from scoping and brief writing to governance design, stakeholder communication, and post-implementation audits. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging effectively for diverse audiences such as product managers, engineers, and business leaders. Excellent pattern recognition and structured thinking skills, capable of synthesizing unstructured information across domains and designing repeatable frameworks.
